Abstract

This research main objetive was to identify the relationship between the variables managerial leadership and quality of teacher performance. The study was conducted in three public educational institutions in the district of Chancay in which surveys were conducted and information from a total of 267 teachers and 9 directors was collected. The study is descriptive- correlational, not experimental, with a quantitative approach. After application of the instruments and data análisis it was concluded that there is an average positive correlation between the variables studied (0,531).
