Abstract

The following research aimed to characterize the analysis of quality culture of workers in public education in Ica. In relation to the methodology used, it was supported by the qualitative approach, type of phenomenological research with case study, considering categories, subcategories through the Interview, documentary analysis with its Interview guide instruments, documentary analysis sheet, respectively, it was possible to build knowledge about the categories under study, in addition to reaching a proposal to give sustainability and management to the quality culture in the workers under study. The phases contemplated by the phenomenological route were carried out, an ideographic and nomothetic analysis of the information provided by the data collection instruments was made. It is concluded that achieving a good management of the quality culture makes the attention to the corresponding users more effective, efficient and efficient according to their presented requirement, giving them the due trust, reliability, responsibility, guarantee and tangibility to be able to satisfy their needs. of the user incorporating theories that make possible the quality of the service.
