Educational directive leadership and work management teaching performance in educational institutions 8183 Pitagoras de Lomas de Zapallal. Puente Piedra.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the relationship that exists between leadership in pedagogical management and teaching performance in the educational institution, the methodology used, which is scientific research, with a quantitative approach, the type of study is non-experimental and the design of the investigation. It is descriptive and correlational. The research was carried out in the educational institution No. 8183 Pitágoras de Lomas de Zapallal in the district of Puente Piedra, where 45 teachers participated, of which 03 are managers and 42 teachers, the survey and observation technique is used and as an instrument used. applied the Questionnaire for Leadership in Pedagogical Management and the questionnaire for self-assessment of teaching performance. Among the results we find in terms of leadership in pedagogical management, 40% reported a "moderate" level, 31.1% reported a "good" level and 28.9% classified as "deficient". Regarding teaching performance, 60% reported a "regular" level, while 35.6% reported a "good" level and only a small percentage, 4.4%, was classified as "low". It is concluded that there is no significant relationship between the pedagogical directive leadership and the management of teaching performance in the Educational Institution 8183 Pitágoras de Lomas de Zapallal-Puente Piedra.
