The "whatsapp" application in the pedagogical management of the director of the Educational Institution Fernando Carbajal Segura, Lima - 2020

Abstract

In this research, it was investigated how the application "WhatsApp" is related to the pedagogical management of the director of the educational institution Fernando Carbajal Segura, Lima-2020, had as its purpose. The research is of a quantitative approach, basic type, non-experimental design, since it analyzes how variables behave in their natural context, as well as explaining how one variable behaves as a function of another and at a correlational descriptive level. Through non-probabilistic sampling, a sample of 06 teachers of the initial level, 18 of primary, 42 of secondary and 10 administrative personnel of the Fernando Carbajal Segura educational institution was chosen, to whom it was applied by means of the survey technique through a questionnaire, using the Likert scale, with the alternatives of never, almost never, sometimes, almost always, always. For the hypothesis contrast, the Pearson correlation was used between the variables, WhatsApp and the manager's pedagogical management; the results indicate that it reaches a level of 0.774, which corresponds to a high positive correlation level.

For the WhatsApp variable and the curricular planning dimension, there is a significant relationship and correlation, reaching a level of 0.671, which corresponds to a moderate positive correlation level. For the learning evaluation dimension, a significance of 0.649 was obtained with a moderate positive correlation level and for the monitoring dimension; a significance of 0.514 was obtained with a moderate positive correlation level.
