The research we have done is basic causal correlational experimental study factors lie in the leadership and managerial performance of management from the perspective of teachers of primary level Educational institution N° 5168 - “Rosa Luz”. Distrito de Puente Piedra. Lima 2016. The population sample consisted of 37 teachers EI N° 5168 all primary level teachers.
The research design is transactional, correlational, causal. bivariate cross. For data collection technique is to use a semistructured questionnaire, which consists of questions liker scale, which seeks to assess the leadership of the heads and on the other three aspects of managerial performance. The instruments meet the qualities of validity and reliability. The study raises the following research hypothesis: There is relation between leadership and performance management of the direction in school No. N° 5168 "Pink Light District belonging to the Stone Bridge.
By applying the formula Spearman_ with a significance level of 95% found that the correlation coefficient of Spearman's Rho is 0.598 and the value is 0.000 p_ therefore establish that has a correlation Moderate level, we see that there is a direct significance level less than 0.05 for that reason we reject the null hypothesis and accept the alternative that says:
There is relation between leadership and performance management of the direction in school No. N° 5168 "Pink Light District belonging to the Stone Bridge.
