The scientific research that has been carried out aims to determine the relationship between the institutional climate and the teaching performance in 3 institutions of primary level o degree of Puente Piedra district – Lima.
The study is based on a quantitative approach, of a basic type, of non-experimental design at a correlational descriptive level, in which a population consisting of 45 teachers. For data collection, two structured questionnaires were prepared, which went through a process of validation by expert judgment, as well as a process of reliability of these, with the result that both instruments are valid and reliable.
The obtained results allow us to reject the null hypothesis and accept the hypotheses investigated since it has been found with the Spearman's Rho calculation of 0,559 **. In addition, according to the independence tests (*** p <.000, therefore, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the research hypothesis is accepted that says: Institutional Climate is related to the teaching performance of 3 institutions of primary level o degree of Puente Piedra district – Lima.
